Jaggery & Walter Sickert and the Army of Broken Toys at LNFC

Two of my favorite bands, Jaggery and Walter Sickert and the Army of Broken Toys, pulled out all of the stops when they performed together at Amanda Palmer’s Late Night Fucking Cabaret on October 12th.

The Army of Toys added new theatrical acts to their usual repertoire, all superbly done. Personally, I shouted myself hoarse during Off With Her Head (which was one of the pieces that received new theatrics!)

Rounding out the night was Amanda Palmer’s set, especially notable for the guest performance by Neil Gaiman (who was singing, not playing tambourine nor chainsaw).

An excellent show. The last Late Night Fucking Cabaret is October 27th.

Late Night Fucking Cabaret – Punk Cabaret Wedding

At Wednesday’s Late Night Fucking Cabaret, there was an actual marriage. Not kidding at all! Sarah and Rosalie had arranged with Amanda Palmer in advance, and she had them and their justice of the peace come up on stage for the ceremony. It was beautiful:
